the hotel has a central location near Spencer Mall. the room was spacious and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. 3. the staff were welcoming and did a great job. 4. Everything was great and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Shanghai.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 4 nights stay. The double room was fashionable, it had a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and climate control. The location was convenient and unbeatable, within walking distance of a modern museum. The restaurant was good for lunch. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was FRIENDLY.

Location: the hotel was close enough to a huge shopping mall facing the adjacent street, which made a big difference in terms of convenience and general vibe of the area and other interesting spots in downtown Shanghai and Shanghai. Booked a room with island bed.
